Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Plan & billing in your site’s panel or from the Stripe customer portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
What happens to my site after I cancel?
At the end of the paid period the site goes offline: visitors can't see it and the panel only offers picking a plan. You have 7 days to buy one - the site comes back right away, with all its content. After that we delete it for good; we send a reminder the day before.
How does the free trial work?
Your first site gets 3 days of Pro features, once per account. No card, nothing charged. We email you before it ends; if you don't pick a plan, the site goes offline and is deleted 7 days later.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time. Stripe prorates the difference to the day: an upgrade is charged right away for the rest of the period, and a downgrade leaves a credit on your next invoice.
How much do I save with yearly billing?
A year costs the same as ten months, so you get two months free. You can switch between monthly and yearly when you change plans.
Which payment methods can I use?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus local methods Stripe supports in your country. Card details go straight to Stripe - they never touch our servers.
Which currency will I pay in?
We bill in US dollars, euros, Polish złoty and Brazilian reais. Checkout uses your local currency, and because Stripe keeps one currency per customer, all your subscriptions share it.
Do you charge VAT? Will I get an invoice?
No. We are exempt from VAT (Article 113(1) of the Polish VAT Act), so the price on the pricing page is the final price. Every payment comes with an invoice without VAT you can download from your billing page, and businesses can add their tax ID at checkout.
Do you offer refunds?
The trial lets you try the paid features first, so payments aren't refunded for partial periods - except where the law says otherwise. The details are in our refund policy.
