Can’t find your answer? Write to us - a real person replies.

Do I need hosting or coding skills?
No. Your site lives on FiveSites at its own address, and you build everything in the browser. There are no files to upload and no plugins to update.
Can I try FiveSites first?
Yes. Your first site gets a 3-day trial of Pro features, no card required, once per account. Then you pick a plan; without one the site goes offline and is deleted after 7 days.
Do players need an account to apply?
Yes. That way you know who is behind every application, players can follow its status, and once they link Discord the decision reaches them with a ping.
How does my team review applications?
Everyone with access reads the answers, leaves private notes and votes Yes, No or Abstain. A person with the decision permission accepts or rejects, with a reason that goes to the player.
What happens if I stop paying?
The plan runs until the end of the paid period. Then the site goes offline and you have 7 days to pick a plan - it comes back right away, with all its content. After that we delete it for good, and we email you before we do.
I run several servers. Do I need several accounts?
No. One account handles any number of sites. Each has its own panel, team, limits and plan, and you can switch between them in one click.
Which languages are supported?
The panel is available in English, Polish, German, Spanish, French and Brazilian Portuguese. Each site picks the language its visitors see, independent of your own.
