Cookie policy

Last updated October 31, 2026

This document is a template prepared for FiveSites. It must be reviewed by a lawyer and adapted to the operator’s company details before it is relied on.

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies FiveSites stores in your browser, what they are for and how to manage your consent. We always set essential cookies, because the Service does not work without them. We set Google Analytics cookies only if you agree.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser so it can remember you between pages and visits. Browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage), which we use in two places (section 2), works in a similar way.

The controller of the data collected through FiveSites cookies is VunCode Dawid Barszcz, ul. gen. Władysława Andersa 1 lok. 31, 26-615 Radom, Poland, Tax ID (NIP) 7963050248, REGON 545610245, e-mail: [email protected]. The privacy policy tells you more about how we process data.

2. Essential cookies

These cookies are needed for the Service to work or to remember settings you choose. We set them without asking for consent (Article 399(3) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law). They are all ours, work only on FiveSites and are not used for tracking.

3. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) - only with consent

If you click “Accept all” or turn on “Analytics” in the cookie settings, we load Google Analytics 4 through the Google tag (gtag.js) on FiveSites pages (home, pricing, documents, sign-in and the panel). The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics gives us aggregate reports on how many people visit our pages, where they come from and which features they use, so we can improve FiveSites.

CookieWhat it doesExpiresProvider
_gaTells one browser from another to count unique visitors.2 yearsGoogle Ireland Ltd.
_ga_<ID>Keeps the state of the current visit (session), such as when it started and how many pages were viewed. <ID> is our Google Analytics property ID.2 yearsGoogle Ireland Ltd.
  • Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law). Without consent Google Analytics does not load: your browser does not connect to Google's servers and no _ga cookies are created.
  • We use Google Consent Mode v2. All Google consents default to “denied”. When you accept, we turn on analytics measurement only (analytics_storage). We never turn on the advertising consents (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization), and Google signals and ad personalisation are off.
  • Google processes for us the cookie ID, the addresses of FiveSites pages you visit, the page you came from, device and browser details and an approximate location. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Google acts as our processor.
  • We keep event data in Google Analytics for 14 months.
  • Google may also process data in the United States (Google LLC). Google LLC takes part in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, covered by a European Commission adequacy decision, and the agreement with Google also includes standard contractual clauses.
  • You can read how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

4. Server Sites: statistics without cookies

On game server Sites hosted on FiveSites (/s/… addresses and custom domains) and in the Site editor we load neither Google Analytics nor any other third-party analytics, and we show no consent dialog. Site owners see how many people visit their pages, but we count those visits without cookies or any other identifier stored in the browser.

5. Third-party services

During payment, Stripe Checkout runs on Stripe's pages and may set fraud-prevention cookies there. When you sign in with Google or Discord, those services set cookies on their own domains. Server Sites may embed YouTube videos in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), where YouTube stores data in your browser only once you play the video. Their own policies apply.

6. How to give, change or withdraw consent

On your first visit we ask for consent in a dialog with three equal buttons: “Reject all”, “Save choices” and “Accept all”. On the legal documents we show a small banner instead, so you can read them before you decide. Rejecting is as easy as accepting and does not limit any FiveSites feature.

We record your choice in your browser and on our side, with the version of the consent text and the date, so we can show what you agreed to. We remember it for 12 months, then ask again. We also ask again sooner if we change what analytics cookies are used for.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the button below or the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. When you withdraw it, we stop sending data to Google Analytics and delete the _ga cookies from your browser. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Without essential cookies you cannot use your Account, but public Sites keep working. Questions? Contact us at [email protected].
